- Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)
- Organization of team meetings, including booking of conference rooms
- Independent booking of business trips
- Administrative support for various projects
- Execution of ad hoc queries in Navision
- Responsible for the department page (on SharePoint)
- Support with Jira administration
- Coordination of customer requests
- Support in preparing customer quotations
- Contact person for new employees
- Ad hoc reporting / preparation of standard reports
- You have completed an apprenticeship, ideally you have first experience as assistant
- You distinguish yourself through your distinctive organizational talent, your good time management and your high degree of independence
- You work accurately, handle sensitive information discreetly and are flexible
- Your very good language skills (German and English) will enable you to communicate in an international environment without any problems
