Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Organization of team meetings, including booking of conference rooms
  • Independent booking of business trips
  • Administrative support for various projects
  • Execution of ad hoc queries in Navision
  • Responsible for the department page (on SharePoint)
  • Support with Jira administration
  • Coordination of customer requests
  • Support in preparing customer quotations
  • Contact person for new employees
  • Ad hoc reporting / preparation of standard reports

Your Profile

  • You have completed an apprenticeship, ideally you have first experience as assistant
  • You distinguish yourself through your distinctive organizational talent, your good time management and your high degree of independence
  • You work accurately, handle sensitive information discreetly and are flexible
  • Your very good language skills (German and English) will enable you to communicate in an international environment without any problems
