Head of Marketing

As the Jedox head of Marketing, you will be located in Singapore, but cover our APAC operations (Singapore, ANZ and GCR). You will also work closely with the international marketing team together. Within your responsibility is: field marketing, lead development and digital marketing.

We are a small set up with Field Marketeers and LDRs in Australia and Singapore. And hence this is a player/coach role. You will carry the build and execution of the overall APAC marketing strategy as well as be responsible for digital marketing leg of our business.

We are looking for a marketer, who can easily switch from strategy to execution and enjoys both the creative and the analytical aspects of driving world class campaigns. Your key objective will be to acquire new customers and grow the business across all our routes to market and regions. With that comes a good understanding of our buyers (persona’s and how to map their needs into marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the APAC marketing strategy in close alignment with the APAC President and the Jedox CMO.
  • Oversee the spend and budgeting process, including monthly forecasting and reporting on spend.
  • Provide leadership across Field Marketing and Lead Development, build best practice and develop team talent.
  • Plan and manage the execution of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, employing an integrated mix of digital demand generation tactics.
  • Accountable for MQL/SQL growth for our direct and partner sales force.
  • Simplify and align the marketing processes including the identification and implementation of KPIs to demonstrate marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Build a scalable partner marketing program that provide partners with tools and knowledge required to represent Jedox and be self-sufficient.
  • Use gamification techniques to differentiate, create impact and stickiness.
  • Understand customer pain points and design campaigns around 3 buying persona’s in region.

Your Profile

We are looking for a ‘builder’ who can work independently, can create and has:
  • A very good understanding of the SaaS B2B industry.
  • Worked across China, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore.
  • A love for digital marketing and how to beat the competitor.
  • 7 years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce.com and a good understanding of the EPM / BI space.
  • Deep experience in paid marketing, including Google AdWords (Search, Display and YouTube) and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • No appetite to work for an established large multinational tech company, but instead enjoys joining a fast-growing SaaS vendor.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • A high degree of honesty, humbleness and sound judgment
  • Personality that thrives in high growth and ambiguous environments
