Lead Development Representative

As a Jedox Lead Development Rep, you will be in Singapore, covering our operations in Asia (Singapore and GCR). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include qualification of inbound and outbound leads, profiling customers and providing input on which sales campaigns generate the best leads. You will be working closely with the Regional Marketing, Account Managers along with Partners to help with market penetration. You will be in the frontline of the sales process and must be able to engage prospects with appropriate qualifying questions and conversations to drive interest in Jedox.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and drive to sales acceptance for all inbound to outbound leads
  • Knowledge and usage of Linkedin Sales Navigtor to research company accounts with an eye on identification of who are the key titles and how to generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs.
  • Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of Jedox solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales lead qualification goals.
  • Update and maintain customer information within SalesForce.com.
  • Provide partner/direct account teams with call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure alignment of objectives.

Your Profile

  • Superb listening skills and a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, excel and salesforce skills.
  • A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin to grow and generate pipeline in GCR
  • Personality that thrives in high growth, ambiguous environments
